Steve Tondera has extensive experience running the financial operations of several companies across different industries. His achievements include design and implementation of TransPerfect’s international tax structure, overhauling cash management systems, installing efficient monthly closing procedures, realigning professional firm configuration for improved service, and improvements to various processes and organizational matters.
Prior to TransPerfect, Tondera held CFO and VP of Finance roles at companies such as HEI, Diversified Drilling Corporation, and Fant Broadcasting Company. Tondera previously held a Certified Public Accountant license for nearly 30 years and has a BS in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration from Birmingham-Southern College.
